Bill Sutton Brd 3_6_12.jpg Bill Sutton - Chair - As the CEO of Progressive Community Management Inc. (PCM), Mr. Sutton's responsibilities include the active marketing and growth of the company as well as maintaining a working relationship between PCM and the associations it represents. He is active in the day-to-day operations overseeing the association managers and staff consisting of 140 personnel.  Mr. Sutton is also the President of William Sutton & Associates, which acts as a receivership company under court order, and Florida 1 Realty to facilitate the real estate transactions for numerous banks. William Sutton was the 2010 President of the West Florida Chapter of Community Association Institute (CAI) and was the host of "Community Living" on Blab TV, a public information channel, which he hosted for four years, on Comcast Television in Sarasota.

Glen Koehnlein - Secretary - Glen and his wife Martha moved to Nokomis, FL in 1983 from upstate New York.  As a graduate from State University of New York at Oswego with a major in Industrial Arts, Glen started working at Sarasota Memorial Hospital as Manager of Renovations and retired from Sarasota Memorial as an Administrator over all the support departments from Maintenance & Construction to Environmental Services in 2004.

Glen started his own company and consulting services after leaving the hospital.  He was instrumental in helping the team at InStride get through all the regulatory hurdles and looks forward to assisting InStride to further their program development as a Board Member. Glen and Martha have one son, Reed, who is currently pursuing his Bachelor's Degree at USF.  Special interests include golf, woodworking and of course never ending maintenance requirements at their small farm with one horse and three dogs.

  Ken Modzelewski is President and CEO of SKY Family YMCA, one of the top YMCA's in the US). Ken is also a member of Society of Human Resource Management.
  Nancy Blackstone, PhD. is a Psychologist in private practice. She is the former chair of Capital Campaign for InStride Therapy, Inc. - The campaign responsible for our barn, arena and family center.

Carla Koeffler  has been a volunteer at Instride since September 2013, starting as a sidewalker and later as a barn helper; she joined the Board in January of 2017. Carla moved to Sarasota in August of 2013 from Washington, DC, where for 12 ½ years she’d held various positions with international audit and advisory firm, KPMG LLP, most recently as national Government Industry marketing director. Carla’s professional background concentrated in media and marketing research, advertising, communications, and marketing management in various industries, including media, technology, hospitality, and government. Prior to KPMG, other previous employers included: CBS Television Stations and CBS Radio; The Washington Post; Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulous Advertising; earle palmer brown communications, inc., and the General Services Administration. Carla has a B.A. in American History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an

M. B. A. from The George Washington University. She has previously served on the board of the Georgetown Symphony Orchestra and did fund-raising for the Chattanooga Symphony.  She is also currently a tutor for the Literacy Council of Sarasota. and a co-producer of the Sarasota Opera.


Cathye Bouis - lives in Yalaha, Florida, just south of Leesburg. Cathye is the owner and President of Florida Fruit Equipment & Supply Company. Her occupation is citrus grower and land management, having taken over the family business (citrus operations since 1921, started by his grandfather), after her husband's death in 2011. Cathye's hobbies are her grandchildren and horses. 


Mary Nastan - Ex-officio, Founder of InStride is a true Floridian, native-born in Fort Lauderdale and a graduate of University of Florida Health Related Sciences in Physical Therapy. Mary has served on numerous boards including National-American Hippotherapy Association/Muscular Dystrophy Association, State Early Development Council, and locally United Cerebral Palsy Association. Mary has over 31 years of clinical experience in physical therapy with specialization in Hippotherapy, Aquatic Therapy, Pediatric Developmental Therapy, and Cranio Sacral Therapy. Special interests include equine studies, gardening, and boating. Mary is married to Richard Nastan and daughter, Stacey Nastan, son-in-law Joe, and recently grandson, Vincent.

   Elise Angeloro is a Community Association Manager at Progressive Community Management. Elise is active in horsemanship and a former InStride board member as well as long time InStride supporter.
